DAILY PRAYER
TRINITY
Dear God, holy (Is. 6:3) and victorious Trinity, I thank you that I have full access to you Father, through Jesus, by the Spirit today (Eph. 2:18). God there is none like you (Jer. 10:16). You are the maker of heaven and earth (Ps. 146:6). You are sovereign overall (Is. 40:10-28). I love you with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mt. 22:37). I seek you today, because your love is better than life and you alone satisfy me (Ps. 63:1-5). I thank you that I can boldly approach your throne and receive from you all the grace and mercy I desperately need this day (Heb. 4:16). I ask you to search me and know me; reveal to me where you are working in my life (Ps. 139:23).
[Take a moment to pause, reflect and confess any sins that the Holy Spirit brings to your attention.]
I thank you, that when I confess my sins to you, that you are faithful to forgive me of every sin and cleanse me from all unrighteousness (1 Jn. 1:9). I ask you now to renew my mind that I may be transformed (Rom. 12:2) and be conformed to reflect Jesus more and more in my life (Rom. 8:29).
FATHER
Heavenly Father, thank you for me blessing me with every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus (Eph. 1:3). In Him, you chose me, adopted me, redeemed me, and forgave me of all my sin according to the riches of your grace (Eph. 1:3-7). You have qualified me to share in the inheritance with the Saints in light and have rescued me from the domain of darkness (Col. 1:12-13). Thank you for causing me to be born again to a living hope and for giving me an inheritance that is kept in heaven (1 Pt. 1:3-4). How great is your love for me that you have called me your son (1 Jn. 3:1) and nothing can separate me from your love (Rom. 8:35). Father, you proved your love for me by sending Jesus, to die on the cross for me (Jn. 3:16).
JESUS
Jesus, thank you for your finished work on the cross (John 19:30), whereby you became my perfect sacrifice once and for all (Heb. 9:14, 10:10). Because of you: my sins have been atoned for (Rom. 3:25) and I now stand forgiven (Eph. 1:7), justified (Rom. 3:24), and set free (Galatians 5:1). My old man died with you and was buried with you (Col. 2:12, 3:3), therefore I am dead to sin (Rom. 6:17), and my sin nature has been removed (Rom. 6:6). My heart is circumcised unto God (Rom. 2:29) and every claim that’s been made against me has been cancelled and disarmed (Col. 2:14). It is no longer I who live but Christ in me (Gal. 2:20); therefore, I put off the old man today (Eph. 4:23) and take up the cross and crucify my flesh with all its pride, arrogance, unbelief, and idolatry [and anything else you are currently struggling with] (Luke 9:23).
Jesus, you rose again on the third day; conquering sin and death (1 Cor. 15:4, 56) and the same power that raised you from the dead, also raised me to life (Rom. 8:11, Col. 3:1). Therefore, I am alive in you (Eph. 2:5), to reign in life with you (Rom. 5:17), so that I can live life to the fullest (Jn. 10:10). Christ, you are my life, and I am hidden in You (Col. 3:4). I am a new creation (2 Cor. 5:17), with a new heart and a new spirit (Ez. 36:26, Heb. 8:10). I put on the new man today created in your image to walk in love, righteousness, purity, and truth (Eph. 4:22-24).
Jesus, you are seated at the right hand of the Father in the heavenly places (Heb. 1:3) and you have become my everlasting victory over the evil one and his kingdom (Col.2:13-15). You are far above all rule, authority, power, dominion and above every name that is named (Eph. 1:20-21). You are the supreme ruler over all (Col. 1:19) and all authority has been given to you (Matt. 28:18). I too have been seated with you in the heavenly places (Eph. 2:6) and established in your authority (Luke 10:19) by the power of your name alone Jesus (John 14:14), the name above all names (Philippians 2:9).
HOLY SPIRIT
Holy Spirit, thank you for sealing me in Christ (Eph. 1:13). You are my helper (John 14:26) and my guide who leads me into all truth (John 16:13). Fill me afresh today Holy Spirit (Eph. 5:18) and empower me to be a witness (Acts 1:8). Thank you for the gifts that you have given me (1 Cor. 12:4-11). Lead me Holy Spirit (Rom. 8:14) and help me to walk in step with you that I may bear your fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. (Gal. 5:16, 22-23).
CONSECRATION
Oh God, you created me (Ps. 139:13-14) to enjoy you (Ps. 37:4) and to glorify you forever (Is. 43:7). I now present my body as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to you that I may do your will today (Rom. 12:1). May I fulfill the good works that you have for me today (Eph. 2:14) bringing glory to your name (Matt. 5:16) in everything that I do (1 Cor. 10:31).
THANKSGIVING / REQUEST
Thank you for every good and perfect gift that you have given me (James 1:17). Thank you for your protection (Ps. 91). Thank you for your providence in my life (Ps. 37:23). Thank you for providing all of my needs according to the riches of your glory (Phil. 4:19). Thank you for your favor (Pr. 3:4). I now bring my request, cares, and needs (Phil. 4:6) before you, knowing that you will answer me according to your sovereign will (1 John 5:14).
[If you have any prayer request, begin to present to them to you Heavenly Father now before you move on.]
SPIRITUAL WARFARE
Lastly I ask you to help me fight the good fight of faith (1 Timothy 6:12) by resisting the enemy and standing firm in Jesus today (1 Peter 5:9). Help me to fight the good fight of faith. I put on the full armor of God: the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of the gospel, helmet of salvation; I take up the shield of faith and sword of the Spirit, and I choose to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of your might, and to pray at all times in the Spirit (Eph. 6:10-18).

May your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven; in my life, my family, my work, etc... in Jesus mighty name, amen (Matt. 6:10)

FASTING
Fasting Defined
Types of Fast
The goal of fasting is to draw nearer to God. Biblical fasting always has to do with eliminating distraction for a spiritual purpose; it is like hitting the reset button of our soul and renews us from the inside out. It also gives us the opportunity to celebrate the goodness and mercy of God and prepares our hearts for all the good things God desires to bring into our lives. Your personal fast should present a level of challenge, but it is very important to know your body, your options, and most importantly, to seek God in prayer. Fasting without intentional prayer is basically starving.
WHAT IS FASTING?
Let's begin with what a fast is not.
Fasting is not a diet.
Fasting is not merely going without food for a period of time. That is starving. Removing food without adding a spiritual component will result in a shrinking waist and faith.
Fasting is not starving yourself for God's attention.
Fasting is not a way to manipulate God, which we couldn't do even if we wanted. Fasting does not make God do something that is not his plan. Fasting gets you ready to receive God's plan. We fast and pray for results, but those results are in God's hands.
Fasting is not self-mutilation.
Our pain does not pleasure God and He gets no glory from watching us damage our bodies. Our bodies are His temple. He expects us to maintain them.
Fasting is not only for crisis moments.
Fasting is not only a reaction to a need. It is a discipline needed to advance to new levels of relationship with God. Fasting and prayer can restore the loss of the 'first love' for Jesus and will result in a more intimate relationship with Christ.
So, what is fasting?
Fasting is refraining from food for a spiritual purpose. It's not about what we lose in food, but what we gain in God. It's a discipline of abstaining from something good, like food, that helps us concentrate on our spiritual lives.
COMPLETE FAST
In this type of fast, you drink only liquids, typically water with light juices as an option.
SELECTIVE FAST
This type of fast involves removing certain elements from your diet. One example of a selective fast is the Daniel Fast, during which you remove meat, sweets, and bread from your diet and consume water and juice for fluids and fruit and vegetables for food.
PARTIAL FAST
This fast is sometimes called the "Jewish Fast" and involves abstaining from eating any type of food in the morning and afternoon. This can either correlate to specific times of the day, such as 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, or from sunup to sundown.
SOUL FAST
This fast is a great option if you do not have much experience fasting food, have health issues that prevent you from fasting food, or if you wish to refocus certain areas of your life that are out of balance. For example, you might choose to stop using social media or watching television for the duration of the fast and then carefully bring that element back into your life in healthy doses at the conclusion of the fast.
