We’re committed to creating an environment that meets government recommendations for safety. To make that possible, our weekend services will be redesigned to create a sanitary, touch-less environment that allows for physical distancing. Discover Kids and Four Twelve Students will resume in person programming on July 26th, with precautions.

Your entire family is welcome to attend church with you in the auditorium or in our overflow room (Community Room).

What We’re Doing: 

• Roped off sections in the auditorium for safe social distancing 
• Created Enter and Exit flow for the entire building 
• Asking everyone to RSVP for service ahead of time or that Sunday
• Set up the Community Room as overflow once Auditorium reached maximum capacity
• No passing out Connection Cards, Giving envelopes, and Service Guides
• No passing of offering buckets 
• Touchless offering boxes located at the exit door 
• Java Point will remain closed at this time 
• Water fountains will be closed 
• Visit the Family Team tent for more information about Discover Kids & Four Twelve Students & to pick up a Happy Bag for your kids
• All high-volume areas, including the auditorium, will be thoroughly sanitized between services 
• Additional hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the building 
• Colored wristbands are available for adults: RED=I’m keeping my distance, YELLOW=Okay with talking but not touching, GREEN=Okay with hugs and high fives
• Temperature checks will occur before entering the building 
• Everyone is required to wear a mask while inside the building with the exception of sitting in the auditorium for the service

Discover Kids & Four Twelve Reopening Plan
We are so excited to announce that we will be resuming in person programming for Four Twelve and Discover Kids (1st-5th grades) on July 26th and on August 9th for toddlers and babies(tentative). We want to continue to provide a fun experience, but things will look a little different. Our priority is to provide a safe, low touch and sanitized environment.

Standard Precautions:
Please stay home and participate Online if your child:

• has had a fever in the past 14 days
• shows symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath) 
• has been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19
• if your child has experienced vomiting, diarrhea, cough
• 
  

What We’re Doing in Discover Kids:

• Before volunteers or kids enter Discover Kids, they will be temperature checked.
• Parent drop-off and pick-up will happen at the Discover Kids Check-In desk to help limit the traffic in the hallway area. 
• Children will be escorted to and from the rooms by a Discover Kids volunteer.
• All non-essentials items from home will need to remain in the hallway or in your vehicle
• Please, no food or snacks of any kind
• We are sanitizing all surface areas and items frequently, in addition, all rooms, items and surfaces will be sanitized between each service
• Volunteers will sanitize and wash their hands often, please encourage your child to do the same.
• Shoe covers will be worn in our baby room.
• You’ll see lots of big waves and air high fives!

What We’re Doing in Four Twelve Students: 

• Before volunteers or students enter Four Twelve, they will be temperature checked.
• We are sanitizing all surface areas and items frequently
• Volunteers will sanitize and wash their hands often, please encourage your student to do the same.
• Social distancing will take place during the student service 
• You’ll see lots of big waves and air high fives!

We would love to see all of our Families but if you do not feel comfortable bringing your child into Discover Kids or Four Twelve – that’s okay! Your entire family is welcome to attend with you in the auditorium or the Community Room (overflow room).

If you want to stay home – that’s okay too! For Discover Kids we will continue to provide the Story and Worship Experience and the Parent Guide online for you to enjoy as a family. You can find that contend on our Facebook page Discover Kids Connect {For Parents}. For Four Twelve we will continue to go live on YouTube every Sunday at 11:30am (Four Twelve DP).
